Ironmongers' Hall is situated in Shaftesbury Place (off Aldersgate) which is within the bounds of the City of London and adjacent to the Museum of London.

As a service to the Hall's clients, parking is provided at extremely favourable rates at the Barbican Centre which is approximately five minutes walk from the Hall.

timothy leesonTimothy LeesonPartner, Crowell & Moring
Tim Leeson is a partner in Crowell & Moring's London office. He has significant experience in the full range of corporate (and associated commercial) work including private equity, venture capital, public offerings, takeovers, restructurings and distressed debt purchases. Tim has more recently worked on a range of transactions for private investment and asset management firms, including transactions in CIS, Dubai, Eastern Europe, Nigeria and Turkey, in addition to the UK.

Jeff HaworthChristopher BainPetroleum Geology Manager, Gov't of Western Australia Department of Mines and Petroleum
Jeff Haworth has worked in the nickel mining and diamond exploration industries in Western Australia before joining the oil industry in 1979.

His work in the oil industry has been throughout Australia and the world including the North Sea, Arctic Ocean and the USA.

He joined the Department of Mines and Petroleum in 1991, and is now the Manager – Petroleum Geology, managing research and basin studies into petroleum systems, unconventional gas, geothermal energy and carbon storage in Western Australia.

Jeff has a Bachelor of Science in Mining Geology from the WA School of Mines in Kalgoorlie and is a member of the AAPG, SPE and PESA.

Christopher BainChristopher BainChief Investment Officer, Phillip Resources Fund
Chris has over 30 years experience in the resource sector covering mining, exploration, investment research and corporate advisory. He graduated as a geologist in 1978 from RMIT in Melbourne and completed a post graduate diploma in mineral economics at Macquarie University in 1985. Initially he worked as an underground mine geologist at Mt Isa, Queensland and then western Tasmania before moving to an exploration role at Broken Hill, NSW. Since 1986 he has held senior positions in mining research for funds management and stockbroking companies. As a Director of a corporate advisory firm between 1998 and 2008, he undertook mining project divestitures, evaluations and valuations, capital raisings, including several initial public offerings and ASX listings, and provided advice to the management and boards of resource companies. Chris Joined Phillip Resources Management in 2008 to establish the Phillip Resources Fund. Chris is also the Chairman of ASX listed Dart Mining NL.

David MooreDavid MooreManaging Director, Mincor Resources NL
David Moore has been Managing Director and CEO of Mincor Resources since October 1999. Mr Moore trained as a geologist at the University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg. He spent 13 years with Billiton in Africa and South America, working in various disciplines related to mineral exploration, including target generation, exploration and project management, new business development and strategic planning. He joined Iscor Limited in 1996 and established Iscor's Australasian exploration portfolio. During 1999 he founded Mincor Resources through the ASX listing of Iscor's exploration assets. He became Mincor's Managing Director and has since directed the growth of that Company into one of Australia's premier nickel producers. In 2000 Moore founded Tethyan Copper Company Limited and as managing director oversaw the successful growth of that Company from start-up until its friendly takeover by Barrick and Antofagasta in 2006.
