About Stuart Russell

Stuart is an ordinary public servant who has been serving the Western Australian government for some time. Some of his formative years were spent in Australia and having returned to the UK he has continued to serve the Western Australian Government. Stuart works on trade development and investment attraction, particularly in resources, commodities, oil and gas and renewables and clean technologies.
